One of our own, Mirza Ali, has recently passed the NABCEP PV Associate exam and is now certified as a NABCEP PV Associate! This is a great accomplishment and we are incredibly excited to have him on our team!

Please join us in welcoming Leah Glaser, EI to the FastGrid Team! Leah will join us today as an Electrical Designer in Gilbert.

Leah was recently at a design firm leading and designing utility-scale solar PV projects. Before that, she was doing work on distribution engineering projects. She completed her B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering in 2018 from Florida Polytechnic University.

We’re excited to see Leah apply this knowledge to help grow our team.

Torrey Graf will be presenting on Solar Building Blocks. Torrey is a licensed Professional Engineer with 11 plus years of solar engineering experience in the electric utility industry ranging from renewables to traditional power generation.

Cordell has over three years' experience in electrical design and comes from the building world; he also graduated from Kansas State University, has passed his FE exam and holds a B.S. in Architectural Engineering. Cordell is also a huge soccer fan, go Sporting KC!

FastGrid is excited to announce that Torrey Graf, P.E. has joined the team as Vice President of Engineering! Torrey brings with him a wealth of electrical engineering knowledge across traditional power and utility scale solar generation as well as deep experience in large scale energy storage gained from 12 years of experience. In addition to building and leading multidisciplinary teams, he has served as engineering and project manager on over 4GW of solar and 2GW of energy storage projects across the United States.

His accomplishments over that time include detailed design, energy production modeling, feasibility studies, testing and installation oversight, and serving as a commissioning and performance field engineer. Passionate about teaching and training new engineers, he is also considered a thought leader in the industry, is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and is regularly requested to share his expertise at trade conferences. Torrey holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Torrey will lead our engineering efforts company-wide as we continue to build and strengthen FastGrid, a leader in the renewables industry for electrical engineering, while maintaining our position as a trusted partner to our valued clients.

It is with great pleasure that we announce Nwene Ogwu, P.E. has joined the FastGrid team as a Sr. Electrical Engineer. Nwene is a technical expert in all aspects of detailed design, electrical studies, and code requirements, has very deep experience in utility scale renewable projects across the United States and has spent valuable time across her career in the field providing on site electrical engineering guidance and expertise. She joins us with 15 years of Electrical Engineering experience and most recently ran her own consulting company providing Electrical Engineering, Detailed Design, Independent Engineer Services, as well as Owner's Engineer Services to the utility scale and energy storage space for the previous two years. Prior to that, she was a Lead Electrical Engineer with Strata, and has also held positions as an Electrical Engineer with Amec Foster Wheeler, First Solar, and SunDurance Energy.

Nwene holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, and earned her Bachelor’s degree In Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds current registrations in multiple states.

Great start to the holidays! We added two new team members to the FastGrid family this past couple of weeks. Great to have Josh Kinney and Jordan Masayesva join us here in the PHX office.
